Darwin and I

Charles Darwin and I both dropped out of medicine in Edinburgh before roaming foreign lands to observe unusual biological specimens.

This creature is clearly dead. If there was any life in it, the dog would have taken an interest in it. It may have been electrocuted while running along overhead power cables, but the dog is wearing a protective muzzle in case it may have been possum flu.

  1. Albert? Is that still you? An interest in large dead animals, huh? Dearie me! Did you not think of slapping it on the barby? Hmm ... I'm really not too sure where this is going. Why can't you take photies of skimpily clad gurls on the beach? They won't mind if you tell them you're gay, will they? Hotboy p.s. Does the doggy only need a muzzle to stop it eating old dead rotting bodies. You're a real pair, so yous are!

  2. I say!

It's definitely an example of a juvenile Arctocephalus Forsteri. Have you had any bad storms in New Caledonia recently that may have washed it up onto the lawn?

  3. hotters - if yous had went to a proper faculty like me and darwin, you would collect specimens too. Having an interest might help avoid the navel gazing and the addictive pastimes.

mingers - "Extreme sexual dimorphism characterizes this species" - that might help some people.

I had to look that one up to make sure it wasn't a perversion.
