birthday flowers

There was a birthday here, and someone was given flowers.

The present I gave was a combination of

  1. cooking a candle-lit seafood dinner.

  2. dropping my veto on having a cleaner, in fact I arranged for a husband-and-wife cleaning team to come and make some impression on 8 years of mess.

  3. caring for the flowers and taking their photies (not photoshopped, though I notice some annoying artefacts crept in after I posted).

  3. Albert? Levitating flowers? Very good! Hotboy p.s. What's the kraut from Mingin' about?

  4. I say!

That levitating leaf in the first snap is obviously far to large to appear in a future HNT snap.

BTW, I understand that palm springs savant is a purveyer of holistic dog and cat food. How should I explain that to Doviko?

P.S. The Greens seem to be doing some good WRT the kidneys.

  5. MM, HB - I don't know who it's by, but here's my translation - mankind has lost its honour, but art has rescued it and preserved it in significant stones. WTF? Some Bavarian fundamentalist. Is it Wagner? Nietzsche? Oh the horror!

MM - not sure what your kidneys have to do with the election on here. No worries, they already have my vote. The Greens, not your kidneys. I've nothing against your kidneys though.

  6. Gorgeous flowers. I've always loved the clean look and contrast of beautiful white flowers and fresh greenery.

And a candlelit seafood dinner? Ah, you'd have my heart in a second, all the faster due to the seafood itself. ;)

Rob, thanks for pointing out my site error. My individual blogs are now matched w/ their separate blog feeds for your viewing pleasure. ;)
